Actions to Take Prior to June 13

Business Customers
• Utilize the preview period available until June 12 to setup your preferences, review your accounts, establish user entitlements, confirm or create templates, and more.
• Download account statements and any Quicken/QuickBooks history prior to 4PM on June 13, as they will not be available through ConnectOne's Business Online Banking.
• Review any scheduled or recurring transfers set past June 13. These will need to be reestablished in ConnectOne's Business Online Banking. (All ACH and Wire templates will be transferred over and Direct Deposits and Automatic Payments will continue uninterrupted unless you are notified otherwise.)
• Export any Remote Deposit Capture (RDC) reports needed before 4PM on Friday, June 13th. As a reminder, RDC deposits will not be available after 2:00 PM on Friday, June 13. Local banking representatives will contact Remote Deposit Capture (RDC) clients to schedule support to install new software on your current scanners.
