Tracey Capobianco

My name is Tracey Capobianco. I am Branch Market Manager in Rockville Centre at First National Bank LI.

What is your role at First National Bank LI?
My role is to bring in new clients and business development in the Rockville Centre area.


Why is personal banking still important in the digital world?
Personal banking is still very important in the digital world. I think the clients feel more comfortable when they're able to talk face to face, just knowing that they can reach out if they do have a question, they don't have to talk to a machine or leave a message, and it's just more comfortable for the client.


Describe how you helped a client grow their business?
I recently came in contact with somebody that was banking somewhere else that had fraudulent activity on their account. They were looking for a new bank because they felt that their bank was not on top of their game and should have recognized the fraud that was going on. So, after meeting with the client, having several meetings, we were able to bring the entire relationship over, and they are now clients of First National Bank LI and they feel very comfortable.


What sets you apart from other Bankers?
What sets me apart from other Bankers is that I tell all my clients that they can call me 24/7, and I mean that. They could be on vacation, they could be home, they could have something that could be keeping them up at night. I want them to feel comfortable with us being able to resolve their issues.


What is a fun fact about yourself?
I am an avid sports fan, so you will catch me on a Sunday watching football or a baseball game. I spend all my time in front of the TV watching sports.
