Bill Pay Suspended
Bill payments must be completed by 5:00 PM EST on October 5, 2023. Any scheduled/recurring bill payments between February 6 and October 10, 2023 will be missed and will need to be rescheduled when the system upgrade is completed on October 10, 2023.

Business Online Banking Services Suspended
Bank Locations and Business Online Banking will be unavailable at 4:00 PM EST on Friday, February 2, 2024, up until 9:00 AM EST on Monday, February 5, 2024. ATM withdrawals will not be impacted, deposits and balance inquiries will be unavailable. Debit Card purchases will not be impacted.

System Upgrade Complete
All Banking services resume. If not yet completed, Business Online Banking customers can download Secure Browser, log in and follow online security prompts. Your Activation Key was emailed to your registered email from upgrade@fnbli.com. Clients must reschedule all ACH, Wires and Internal Transfers, and set up subscription alerts. Remote Deposit Capture customers must install new drivers. (Click here for RDC installation guide.) Administrators can assign employee entitlements for improved access and security controls.

Reschedule Bill Pay Transactions. Intuit/QuickBooks® Services Suspended
Bill payments must be completed by 4:00 PM EST on February 2, 2024. Any bill payments scheduled/recurring between February 3 and February 5, 2024 will be missed and will need to be rescheduled when the system upgrade is completed on February 5, 2024. Intuit/QuickBooks® Integrations will also be unavailable starting at 4:00 PM EST.

Online and Mobile Banking Services Suspended
Bank Locations, Online, Mobile and Telephone Banking services will be unavailable starting at 4:00 PM EST on Friday, February 2, 2023, up until 9:00 AM EST on Monday, February 5, 2024. System Upgrade Complete
All Banking services resume. Clients can log in and follow security prompts to create new security questions and verification phone numbers (if applicable). Clients will be prompted to accept the upgraded Online Banking Agreement upon successfully logging into the new system. Clients can then set up alerts and update the FirstMobile for Personal mobile banking app.
